How the process works

  • Share your treatment interest, preferred language, country and passport information.
  • If you already know the department or doctor, add that preference to speed up triage.
  • Choose "Appointment request" if you want a proposed visit date, or "Treatment lead" if you need guidance first.
  • Our international patient team reviews the request and replies through phone, WhatsApp or email.
